I have known Jing Fernandez for over 12 years with my initial contact with her whilst I was working at Leighton Contractors Philippines.  It was during this time that our company had six apartments to sell and Jing was our Realtor.
Since then and on a personal basis, I have bought and sold property and have always called upon Jing to act as my Realtor.  I have sought her advice on various occasions on investment and housing issues.  Her responses have always been of great assistance to me in that she addresses my queries objectively and responsibly.  It can be readily seen that Jing works with integrity and professionally in all of her dealings.
On a personal basis, Jing worked in Canada at one time with the end result to bring her family with her.  Whilst this did not ultimately happen, it was not her lack of determination.  She is extremely sensitive to her family needs and has made her decisions accordingly.
I have found Jing to be an extremely trustworthy person who displays a warm and friendly personality and I enthusiastically recommend her to handle any future venture she may wish to undertake.
