Jing Fernandez Realty Brokerage is a small but trusted realty company that I established and registered in May 2000. It is a sole proprietorship built with passion, dedication and years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
I’m a graduate of San Sebastian College Manila with a Degree in Bachelor of Science Major in Tourism. I spent the early years of my career in the Hotel and Retail Industry. My Real Estate career began when I joined a top condominium developer in 1993. Driven by my interest in this industry, I took and passed the Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination in 1997. In 2000, I resigned from my post as a Unit Manager and took on my own venture as a freelance Broker.
As a continuously growing company, we work closely with our clients to improve the level of service we provide and make sure that we deliver the best solution for their real estate needs.

I have known Jing Fernandez for over 12 years with my initial contact with her whilst I was working at Leighton Contractors Philippines. It was during this time that our company had six apartments to sell and Jing was our Realtor.
Since then and on a personal basis, I have bought and sold property and have always called upon Jing to act as my Realtor.
